Jak uzyskać wysoką jakość mleka bez stosowania antybiotyków?
– Każde 100 tys. komórek somatycznych w mleku, powyżej wartości 200 tys. lks/1 ml, obniża produkcję mleka o około 2,5%. Oznacza to, że stado, w którym liczba komórek w mleku wynosi np. 500 tys. ml, mogłoby wyprodukować o 7,5% mleka więcej – poinformował praktykujący lekarz weterynarii Robert Popławski (członek Polskiego Stowarzyszenia ds. mastitis), podczas lutowej konferencji, jaką Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska w Łowiczu zorganizowała dla swoich dostawców.
